These are clips that hold the dog jumping measurement banners in place while they are being used on the pool. They prevent wind, water, dogs and people from knocking the banners out of place so that your measurements are uniform from jump to jump. They are a necessity if you are using the measurement banners. If you order the measurement banners, you will receive five (5) of these clips per side, for a total of ten (10) in the kit.
